The San Moisè is a real home located halfway between St. Mark’s Square and the Fenice Theatre, the two most important landmarks in the San Marco District.
It is found at the 2nd floor with elevator of a small building facing East and South on picturesque canal, square and the spectacular Chiesa di San Moisé, one of the most remarkable examples of baroque architecture.
Calle Larga XXII Marzo is “The High Street” where the most important luxury brands fight to have their boutiques and there are plenty of excellent restaurants and cafés in the surroundings.
Also, the most important luxury hotels of the city such as Gritti, Bauer, Luna Baglioni, Westin Europa & Regina, Monaco, are found in the immediate surroundings: this apartment is much larger and comfortable than one of their hotel rooms, while definitively more affordable.
The San Marco Vallaresso Vaporetto stop is only 2 minutes’ walk away, while if you take a private water taxi to get to the apartment you can dock within 2 minutes on foot and with no bridges in between.
The apartment is flooded with natural light all day long. Elegant interiors and remarkable artworks confer prestige and a welcoming feeling. It is laid out on about 100 square meters: entering the central corridor you can access the spacious living room on the left, the functional and well-equipped kitchen, or the bedrooms area on the right. The living room is the most important room for its incomparable panoramic view that ranges from the Canal, to the Church, to the Square and historical buildings all around! Each window offers a different perspective on the beautiful surroundings, including the San Marco Bell Tower and the Grand Canal on the background.
The master bedroom is also very spacious and bright, furnished with nice antique wardrobe and chest of drawers, with direct access to a remarkable white and green marble en-suite bathroom, fitted with both bathtub and large shower cabin. The second bedroom in much smaller and is furnished with two single beds and a small wardrobe. A second smaller bathroom with shower, fitted also with washer and dryer, completes the picture.
The San Moisè apartment is also equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer, four burners stove, kettle, toaster, mixer and everything you need to prepare a great meal with the delicious local produces. Every room is equipped with an efficient air-conditioning system and there is climate-controlled heating, Wi-Fi internet connection and a good TV in the living room.

This is a spacious flat with a spectacular outlook only 3 short blocks from St Mark's Square. Easy access to everything in Venice -- including a great grocery store 5 minutes away. Enjoy!

April 2019, Gary (Mexico) This was our second stay at San Moisè. The location is perfect - just 3 minutes walk to San Marco. The apartment also has a great view over a canal with an adjacent gondolier station and a church and so there is always plenty of surrounding activity. The apartment is on the second floor and has the benefit of a small elevator. The kitchen is well equipped and the nearest supermarket is about 7 to 10 mins walk. I would normally have rated the apartment with 5 stars. The only reason that I have given 4 stars is because our stay was disturbed a couple of times by building work in the apartment below (lots of banging and drilling) However, the rental agency (Truly Venice) and owner acted very quickly once we complained (neither were aware that the work was taking place) and managed to negotiate with the builders to limit the noise during our stay. I would certainly recommend the apartment (but suggest that you confirm that the building work below has been completed before booking).

We have stayed in several different apartments during previous trips to Venice but San Moisè is definitely our favorite to date. The proximity to St Mark's and the views of the canal and San Moisè church from the apartment are exceptional. The apartment was also quite well equipped. The small lift was also very convenient when transporting luggage and shopping upstairs. Also, we could not fault the service provided by Truly Venice. They were very responsive to any questions that we had both before and after booking and everything went very smoothly, including the meet and greet at the Allilaguna stop. As long as you are prepared to accept a little bit of noise from the adjacent shopping street and gondola station, then I would definitely recommend this apartment.
The location is perfect. Very close to San Marco and overlooks the Gondola route. so you'll be able to hear good music throughout your stay. The facility has what you need in terms of cooking and cleaning and there is a maid for weekly clean up. The Wi-Fi connection is quite strong. Overall it was a good stay.
I was a leery about the financial arrangements of paying in cash upon arrival but was relieved when I contacted Trip Advisor and its members stated that this was a normal procedure. We were met at the dock by Hannah who was charming, informative and spoke perfect English. ( I wish that my high school students could speak that well). The apartment was great-it was spacious, clean, quiet and well appointed. My only regret is that the weather was not cooperating with us (it rained). But that is beyond your control. Again, thanks. The apartment made our stay in Venice very comfortable.
We were extremely pleased with the accommodation. The apartment was centrally located and we could walk everywhere. The apartment was modern with all the amenities. We were two couples and we each had our own bathroom. The kitchen was beautifully equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed cooking in it. We were very pleased with Hannah, who took us to the apartment. She was very helpful recommending restaurants and attractions. I would highly recommend Truly Venice.
We rented the San Moisè apartment for 4 weeks from mid September to mid October. The service we received from Truly Venice was excellent, with absolutely no complaints at all, and the description of the apartment on the website was honest and accurate. We unhesitatingly recommend Truly Venice to anyone else looking to rent in Venice. We would also recommend the apartment itself, especially for longer stays, if you do not want to go out to eat every evening. It is in an incredible location. It is also very well situated for any sightseeing.
