It is found about 10 minutes on foot from St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge, about 3 minutes on foot from the Vaporetto stop, with various groceries and supermarkets in the surroundings.
Castello is less touristy and more authentic than other districts, in the last few years always more requested by art collectors, artists, gallerists and architects because of its proximity to the Biennale main exhibition sites.
