Occupying the top floor of a three-storey building, guests enter a serene living/dining area with an open fully equipped brand-new kitchen. Soft lighting and French style enhance the comfort of this petite apartment (60 square meters). Wallpapers evoke Venice’s history and the glorious Damascene silks of the trading era. The open-beamed ceiling and skylight expand the sense of space and airiness. The sleek marble top dining table and designer chairs add comfort and panache.
Each bedroom has a king bed that can be set up as two singles if requested. The wardrobes offer ample hanging and storage space. One very attractive bathroom with a large walk-in glass shower serves the two bedrooms.
Other amenities include TV, DVD and CD players, air-conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, a washing machine-dryer, induction stove, microwave-convection oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and more.

Nadja, November 2023 We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is in a great location and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We were informed before landing in Venice that there was a storm and so our private water taxi could no longer take us into Venice. Instead truly Venice arranged a private car taxi and short water taxi from a different location. This was communicated clearly and efficiently. All communication was easy and the truly Venice team respond quickly which takes all stresses out of your booking. Lucinda who met us was friendly, informative and took time to answer any questions we have / arrange for us our water taxi home. We really appreciated all their help. The apartment was clean, warm and everything we needed for our weekend stay. The location was also great. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Venice!
I searched through many available apartments for our week-long stay in Venice and finally settled on the Zen Apartment due to its location, the amenities and just liking the look of the decor. It was lovely to be met at the boat stop on arrival and taken there by the Truly Venice rep. who also helped with my heavy bag. The apartment was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, we were unable to have the windows open at night due to noisy aircon units outside, but we slept well. We didn't encounter any other problems at all. There was a good selection of reading material and plenty of maps. Communication before and after our stay was good - I was very grateful for the help from the Truly Venice office in returning something I inadvertently left behind.
A super apartment which is very central and close to all areas of Venice. Four of us stayed here and the lift was a real bonus for the older members in our group. Spotlessly clean with beautiful modern bathrooms, high quality bed linens and excellent facilities. The view of the canal below was an added bonus and it was great fun watching the gondolas glide by - we were serenaded nearly every evening. A quiet spot to stay close to many cafes and restaurants and only a 2 minute walk from the Vaporetto stop. Perfect - I would highly recommend booking with Truly Venice Apartments.
Loved staying in this flat over the 2018/2019 New Year.4 of us were there for 5 nights. It is clean, stylish, well equipped, central, quiet and beautiful! The kitchen is superb and in addition to the dishes, pots and pans etc, there were basics like olive oil, balsamic, salt and pepper,sugar and cereal. We paid it forward and left some non perishables when we had to go too. A great kitchen to cook in and local supermarkets have a great selection of food :) There is a well organized welcomebooklet that explains the ins and outs of living like a local in Venice as well as some paper maps. Pop a paper map in your bag for when your gps fails you...and it will in Venice! Loved the location,down the Regina alleyway between YSL and DolceandGabanna! Take that alley right to the water one morning at sunrise and you will get some spectacular and peaceful views! The flat had lots of extra blankets and a gorgeous throw (that I wanted to take home with me!) for if it got chilly. Great heating system and everything worked without a hitch. The flat is very quiet despite it being so central. When my arrival was delayed, due to fog and the radar system being down at Venice Airport, the local rep, Victoria, was super accommodating and gracious. Nothing was a problem and another in my party was able to meet her for check in :) Check out was great too and so very easy! I would book with trulyveniceapartments again in a heartbeat!
Cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Beautifully laid out with everything you could possibly need for a nice, comfortable stay. Location is about a 3 minute walk to St. Mark's square. Three flights of stairs (no lift) but that wasn't a problem. Spotless throughout. Fully equipped kitchen. Quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again. Vaporetto stop only 5 minutes walk. All in all, a lovely place to come back to after full days sight seeing in Venice. Wish I was back there now.....
We recently stayed in apartment Zen in Venice and enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is in a courtyard, so there is no noise from passers-by. The apartment itself is very comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. Everything is provided for use of guests so whether you eat in the apartment or take picnics, everything is catered for. The apartment is a few minutes walk from St. Mark`s Square, and after our evening "passeggiata", we always seemed to find ourselves there and passed the time listening to the orchestras playing outside the cafes. Vaporetti landing stages are nearby for travelling further afield, but the immediate area near the apartment is full of excellent restaurants and lovely shops. We can thoroughly recommend the Zen apartment and would happily stay there again!
The location in the San Marco district was great - close enough to walk everywhere but tucked away in a quiet courtyard. The apartment was perfect - historic building but modern decor, spotlessly clean and a beautiful bathroom (can't beat a good shower!)

The location of the apartment near the Place St. Mark is exceptional! One minute you are walking on the main street of Venice, next you've turned the corner and you are in quiet quarter. Apartment is absolutely calm and noiseless all day and night. Apartment is newly remodeled, very comfortable, full of natural light ,with perfect state of cleanliness. I also want to point out the quality of the beds. They are very comfortable to sleep in with high quality of bed linens. Service that I received by agent is excellent too. She welcomed me at the water-front , escorted me to the apartment , showed me around, gave me valuable recommendation for shopping and dinning choices.
