The location is possibly the best in Venice Historical Centre for its quietness, beauty and central position. The Fenice Theatre is known by the connoisseurs to be one of the best Opera Houses in the world.
The Vaporetto stop and the supermarket are only 3 minutes’ walk away and there are plenty of excellent restaurants and cafés in the surroundings.
It is found at the 4th floor of a historic building with a large and easy to climb stairway, so don’t be worried for the steps. It is full of natural light and features open views over the rooftops of Venice. Its eclectic charm is conferred by mid-century modern furniture smartly blended with traditional architectural features such as wooden beamed ceilings, fishbone parquet flooring and luxurious wall finishing. The interior design project is ambitious as for the use of colours: the result is a distinctive and inspiring ambience.
Beside the location and the exquisite interior design, the great plus of the Verdi apartment is definitively the stunning bedroom in the attic level, a loft with king-size bed, free-standing bathtub and panoramic view.
The Verdi apartment is laid out on about 120 square meters and is composed of a large living room, generous size dining room with fully-equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom (located between the entrance and the double bedroom, therefore it is a "walk through room"), 1 luxury full bathroom with shower, plus a separate toilet which is mostly used by the guests of the master bedroom in the attic.
Every room is equipped with an efficient air-conditioning system and there is climate-controlled heating, Wi-Fi internet connection and there is a Smart TV in the living room, beside all other basic electrical appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction stoves, microwave, fridge, etc.
We highly recommend the Verdi apartment for 4 demanding guests who are looking for a truly charming and exclusive home, but the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.

August 2024, Bryce (Australia) A beautiful apartment situated in a very central area of Venice with everything needed for a beautiful week with family. While the steps up to the top floor apartment might have seemed intimidating they didn’t take away from its location or facilities. Being met by the agent and there being no apparent booking in time restrictions was a real bonus and we had a fantastic weeks stay with plenty of room for 5 of us (including 4 adults) will definitely return

We enjoyed our stay very much! Great location, spacious and well stocked apartment. We arrived to find waters in the fridge and just a beautiful lay out. I loved the attic space with a bath tub. I used it multiple times a day and went back into the lively small streets of Venice. We hope to stay again. It was perfect for our family of four. My kids each took a different room. The A/C was strongest in the living room.
Our time in the Verdi Apartment was amazing! It was clean and spacious. My family of five had plenty of space to spread out, unpack and feel comfortable. The living room with the couch and tv was a great spot to unwind after a long day of touring. Our experience with Daniela was amazing! The process was organized and smooth. We were met by a water taxi and then someone was waiting for us to walk us through the streets of Venice to our apartment. She also booked us our taxi home! It was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service!
Verdi was a wonderful reprieve from the hot and humid yet stunning days of Venice. We loved our stay here with functional appliances, spacious bathrooms, inviting bedrooms and comforting living room. We must say though, the 105 steps up to the apartment is a feat of nature for old bones!
This apartment was beyond our dreams for our first visit to Venice. The location is perfect for access to sights and restaurants in San Marco, as well as vaporetto and water taxi transport. Furnishings, amenities and decor are all top-quality and in the best taste. Especially important to us were the induction range and silent yet powerful AC. The apartment is in the highest story of the building, so it is very quiet and has beautiful views. The host staff at Truly Venice were extremely helpful and patient, which made the particular logistics of Venice far less stressful. We hope this apartment will be available for return to that wonderful city!

Very comfortable apartment in a very central location, just a few minutes walk from St. Mark's and the Rialto. Looks exactly like the photos. Truly Venice were excellent - we had originally made a booking with them in 2019 and had to rebook another two times due to Covid. They held our payment and let us use it three years later! I think most companies would have just said 'tough' and kept the money after such a long amount of time. The company also had a rep meet us from the water taxi and took us to the apartment which was a great touch. Only word of warning, it is not four flights of stairs - it is more like eight in the way they are arranged. We called them the 'stairs of fitness'! Worth it for the location though and the reasonable price.
