The Tosca apartment is nestled in the San Marco District and is tastefully furnished with some antiques smartly blended with contemporary pieces.
It is a spacious and truly elegant apartment located only few meters from the famous Fenice Theatre, known by the connoisseurs to be one of the best Opera Houses in the world.
The location is possibly the best in Venice Historical Center for its quietness, beauty and central position. The public transport stop and the supermarket are only 2 minutes’ walk away and there are plenty of excellent restaurants and cafés in the surroundings.
It is found at the 1st floor of an historic Palazzo that gain access from Campiello dei Callegheri and is equipped with elevator, it has been long-time owned by the same family who completely renovated it and now offered to our privileged guests.
The original XIX century Venetian Terrazzo flooring and prints decorating the walls perfectly merge with the textured linen curtains and sofas. An extra touch of class: the original 60’s Murano Glass chandeliers from the Pauly collection. The result is a clean and comfortable ambience which accommodates anyone’s taste.
Beside the location and the exquisite interior design, the great plus of the Tosca apartment is definitively the picturesque views on the little square called “Campiello” and the canal nearby.
The Tosca apartment is laid out on about 160 square meters and is composed of a large living and dining hall furnished with plenty of comfortable seats, a double sofa-bed, a table that can be extended to seat up to 10 people in comfort and interesting antique pieces. There are 2 king size bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom (that can become a double), all of which are equipped with high quality Simmons mattresses for your maximum comfort.
There are 2 full bathrooms with shower, coated with Ecomalta, an innovative and ecological material used to create continuous and minimalistic surfaces. To complete the idyllic picture: a functional kitchen equipped with Hutschenreuther Maria Theresia weiß porcelain tableware, a set of professional cooking pots and pans that can be used to prepare delicious dinners, dishwasher, oven, microwave and a professional American coffee maker! Every room is equipped with an efficient air-conditioning system and there is climate-controlled heating, Wi-Fi internet connection and there is a Smart TV in the living room.
The Tosca apartment (named after the well-known Opera from Giacomo Puccini, represented also at the Fenice Theatre) is the second largest of the 6 units available in this Palazzo (after the Nabucco, the penthouse) and can be combined with the Salomé studio apartment, also found at the same level, door to door. We named the combination of the two “Tosca Premium”, a perfect solution for groups of up to 10 people.
We highly recommend the Tosca apartment for 6 demanding guests who are looking for a truly charming and exclusive home, but the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people for short stays also.

This place was even nicer than shown in the photos. It was very spacious and clean and easily fit the 10 of us. Tracy the person helping us was patient and kind and was able to resolve any issues we encountered. We loved the location and loved watching the gondolas float by our window. Would highly recommend and stay here again in a heartbeat.

July 2024, Tracy (Canada) We have not long come back from a 4 night break in Venice. We stayed in the Tosca apartment as 3 couples which was a big enough space for us all. The apartment is based very centrally and everything is in walking distance - even the boat taxi stops are easily accessible if you want to visit some of the islands. We arrived in style from the airport in a pre-booked speed boat which was a great experience and start to our holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Venice.
We loved our Truly Venice Tosca apartment located in the San Marco area. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Air conditioning worked really well. The apartment was spotless and can’t imagine a better apartment. Open the kitchen window with views of a canal with passing gondolas (as pictured). Easy walk to the best sites in Venice. Truly Venice was extremely helpful at every step.
This is comfortable apartment well located for accessing the main tourist areas of Venice like St Mark's and Accademia. There is plenty of room and it is well appointed with all you need. Truly Venice also give a very good service, meeting you on arrival and bringing you to the apartment and ensuring you have everything you need for your stay.

We had a 5 day stay in the 1 Bedroom studio that can be hired with the 2 Bedroom appartments. Great amenities, spacious and bonus of washing machine was an appreciated addition. We adored listening to the bells from our local tower and the delight to watch the passing godolas as we leant into our windows A few extra bath towels would be a bonus Thank you!

Our family of 7 stayed in the Tosca apartment on our first trip to Venice. The apartment is in a great location off a quiet little square, walking distance to everything Venice has to offer. The unit was beautiful and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make this apartment our home away from home. The staff was wonderful getting us to the unit upon our arrival from the US to Venice airport-we were even met at our water taxi stop by a representative who walked us to the apartment and sat down with us, gave us a map and showed us where the local market, restaurants, wine store, and attractions were located. We loved our stay in Venice and the apartment and we will definitely be using this company again if our travels bring us back to Venice.
This apartment was amazing! It was so inviting, clean, spacious, and beautiful. There was plenty of space for 3 of us, the bedrooms were very nice sized, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The location is very convenient to San Marco Plaza. We will definitely be back!
Three persnickety women spent a week in Tosca, and we were delighted by the property. It is very clean, nicely furnished, and located on a quiet little campo that is a short walk to a vaporetto stop and a few minutes walk to Piazza San Marco. Two large campos with restaurants and shops are just steps away. You can see the back of La Fenice and its canal from the kitchen window. We cooked a nice dinner two nights and found the kitchen well-equipped. Thomas, one of the representative in Truly Venice, was extremely helpful and professional.
The Tosca is a great apartment and in a very central location! We really enjoyed our stay. There are three good size bedrooms and super large comfortable sofa bed. The apartment is central, but in a quiet location. The lounge is comfortable, and the dining area has a full kitchen facilities. 2nd time with Truly Venice, and both times excellent accommodation and the initial meet and greet has been very friendly, informative and useful. Thoroughly recommend this apartment and Truly Venice. Our trip couldn’t have been any better.
Tosca was everything we could have hoped for. Stylish, very spacious, modern, clean and comfortable! It was close to all the attractions, restaurants and shops but at the same time it was very quiet. The little square it is on, is hidden away from most of the tourists, so we felt like it was our haven away from the crowds. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms had ample hot water with good water pressure. Being on one of the smaller canals we even had gondolas going past in the early evening! We would definitely stay here again.
We usually prefer to stay on the Dorsoduro but because family who had never been to Venice were joining us and we chose to stay at the Tosca Premium because of the very central and easy location. The apartment is lovely and we enjoyed our stay there immensely. Opening the kitchen window in the late morning and hearing the accordian play and gondolieri sing was really fun for young and old on our trip (we were 11 years to 75 years). Truly Venice is impeccable to work with, we have stayed at other apartments they manage and are always extremely happy with the service we recieve - we will use them again. The one and only downside to the Tosca is a few nights people were out having fun a bit too late and I needed to shhshh them to move along but that would not keep us from staying there again!

June 2017, Graham (United Kingdom) We had an amazing stay in this beautiful apartment in a perfect location. The apartment is spacious and beautiful. Lovely Murano chandeliers and marble floors, comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. It is situated in a tiny little square, 10 mins walk to Piazza San Marco through delightful twisty Venetian streets, but also very close to the wooden bridge which leads to the Accademia and Dorsoduro - in fact, in walking distance of anywhere you want to go! If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars, I would. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
