Campo San Barnaba is considered the best location of the Dorsoduro District by locals as it is close to both public transport and every sort of shop, while offering easy access to the most important landmarks of the historic center.
This house is easily accessible from the Cà Rezzonico Vaporetto Stop in only 1 minute walk and it is laid out over approximately 150 square meters excluding the absolutely charming private courtyard. The living area is composed of a spacious dining room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and the living room with a comfortable sofa-bed. The courtyard is accessible from both the dining room and living room. Here you can find a nice marble table and chairs for a lovely breakfast or candlelight dinner. The courtyard is partially covered with flowering trellises and other beautiful plants that are particularly nice from spring to autumn.
There are 3 bedrooms at the Tintoretto: the master bedroom is on the first floor, it is very spacious and elegantly furnished with Rubelli style textiles and antiques, it has an elegant en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe; the second bedroom is next to the living room and can be used as double or twin according to your needs, it also has a luxury en-suite bathroom with white marble and boiserie; the third bedroom is the annex which is accessible from the courtyard and is composed of a single bed with en-suite bathroom. Please note that in order to access the third bedroom you have to cross the courtyard as it is a separate part of the property: we suggest using this room only from April to November as in winter it could be less comfortable.
At the Tintoretto you will find every amenity such as Wi-Fi, A/C, entertainment system, washing machine, dishwasher and all other electrical appliances. The location is particularly quiet and is suitable also for long stays.
About the location: in the Dorsoduro District you can find plenty of interesting local artisan shops and art showcases in every corner, without the "hustle and bustle" that you might expect being so close to the city centre. It is also the student area, home to the renowned Venice Ca' Foscari University, therefore welcome more nightlife than the rest of Venice. The general vibe is creative, youthful and relaxed. The district heart is Campo Santa Margherita, only 2 minutes’ walk from the apartment: in the daytime you can find a nice open-air market, children playing, locals walking dogs, shops and cafes; in the evening several trendy or classic bars and restaurants opens till midnight and after.

This is a quiet and very spacious apartment in a fabulous location in the heart of Dorsoduro. The three bedrooms are quite far apart, and very private. I elected to sleep in the courtyard bedroom, which is a cozy hideaway (seasonal). The apartment is clean and well maintained, and the kitchen adequate for basic cooking. As always, Truly Venice's policy of having a representative meet you on arrival at the nearest alilaguna/vaparetto/water taxi stop was much appreciated.

Very clean and comfortable house that allowed us to enjoy Venice as a family. Charming decoration, comfortable beds and nice linens. Great layout. Quiet and friendly.

A well located house on the quieter side of the Canal Grande. Excellent facilities and comfortable accommodation. Easy connections via the Ca Razzonica vaporetto to all areas of the wonderful Serenissima. Truly Venice staff very helpful. This was my 3rd rental with the company and I predict I will return again in 2025 - for longer !

We loved the little terrace, the proximity to San Barnaba and Santa Margaretha. A fruit and vegetable barge, a fish market and supermarket all 5 minutes away. There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby and the vaparetto stop is also about 5 minutes away. A very well appointed apartment with everything we needed. Thank you.

Located in Dosoduro, close to all amenities like water bus, supermarket, two wonderful Campos - Squares. A local feel but with enough tourists to create a great atmosphere. Highly recommend, I'm going back and staying in this house again next year! 'Truly Venice' are a professional company, who looked after us really well during our stay,

Hi, I was staying in your Tintoretto apartment this weekend and wanted to give you some feedback. We thought the apartment was absolutely charming and so much nicer than any others that I found for a similar price in my research. It had a very genuinely Venice feel and we loved the courtyard for breakfast. All your team were super helpful particularly when my flight was delayed and were very responsive. Thank you also for letting us leave our stuff today for late checkout. That was much appreciated. I would certainly recommend your team and website to others and found all my interactions with your team to be charming. Thanks,

Truly Venice made our short break to Venice trouble free, we were met at the pier nearest to the apartment, given a tour through the rooms and guided through all relevant information. Anna then took a long time to advise us the best places to buy groceries, to eat, especially important the best venues for gelato! We loved sitting in the courtyard enjoying the sounds of Venice. The apartment was functional and suited our needs well. Only negative was the beds - too hard for our preference. It's perfectly placed in a quieter area of the city, but close enough to the main bridges for navigating to the tourist spots. It was the perfect short break. We would definitely recommend Truly Venice.
