It is composed of a bright living room with plenty of windows overlooking the square, the church and the canal, furnished with two comfortable leather couches, a large double sofa-bed and two antique armchairs for a total of 7 seats. In the dining room there is an extensible table for up to 10 people and a well-equipped full-optional kitchen.
The apartment features in total 4 double bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The main bedroom with king size mattress and en-suite bathroom offers a stunning canal view; the 2nd bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can also be used as a double bed, this is the most spacious and offers a stunning view on the square and the church; the 3rd bedroom is a little smaller, faces onto private gardens and has a queen size bed; at the ground floor there is a 4th extremely spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom, completely independent from the first floor and accessible from the communal entrance room. It can be used as double or twin on request.

Wir, eine Reisegruppe von 8 Personen fühlten uns für 10 Tage Venedig sofort wohl als wir in der großzügigen Wohnung angekommen sind. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat uns sogar von der Haltestelle Zatterre abgeholt obwohl die schicke Wohnung gut zu finden war. Nach gut verständlicher Einweisung auf englisch, konnte man mit ihr weiteren Kontakt pflegen. Kleine Mängel wurden unverzüglich beseitigt. Nach einer Woche erfolgte ein Wäschewechsel und sogar eine Reinigung der Wohnung. Wir können die Unterkunft durchaus für 8 Erwachsene empfehlen. August 2024, Ingo (Germany) The apartment was very well located outside of the main tourist area but close to everything and within easy walking distance of nice restaurants and shopping. The location provided a much more local feel than a hotel. The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms provided plenty of room for our group of 5 and had all the amenities that we needed. Truly Venice was very responsive and helpful in arranging transportation. We would definitely stay in this apartment again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.
Fabulous apartment in super location in the heart of Venice. Very quiet area but easy to access the hub bub of Venice. Absolutely loved our stay here with friends and family. Superb spaced out bedrooms so everyone could have their own area and one shower for every room too (not all ensuite). Aircon was such a relief in the intense July heat. Apartment was extremely clean on arrival and beds were very comfortable. Lovely to be met at the Alilaguna stop by a representative to take us to the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Superb correspondence from Truly Venice before our arrival. Thank you. Gelateria Squero across the bridge was a great find and the best price for delicious gelato as was the Osteria next door for a glass of wine. The locals seem to meet here at the end of the working day. Lovely atmosphere. Conad City on the waterfront great for all.shopping needs. 20 mins walk to the Rialto Bridge. 5 min walk to Academia bridge and Vaporetto stop. Felt like authentic Venice - not touristy. We also did a day trip on the train to Verona - highly recommend. In Venice - Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Basilica Santa Maria Della Salute, Murano and Burano by vaperetto, San Giorgio to the bell tower of the basilica - great views of Venice, and a lovely classical concert at the Chiesa di San Vidal an old church on the north side of the Academia (wooden) Bridge. Not to mention all the usual tourist sights. Felt extremely safe walking everywhere. And we walked miles! Apartment was a cooling have to relax in after all our adventures.
We were a group of four women friends coming to Venice for the Biennale Arte in May 2024. The San Trovaso Prestige was the perfect apartment for us, with its very convenient location in the Dorsoduro and proximity to both the Zattere and Accademia vaporetto stops. The Campo San Trovaso was also very quiet at night and made the stay especially comfortable. The apartment itself was very well appointed and each bedroom/bath had its particular advantages. The shared spaces also were very congenial for the four of us to gather. The kitchen was especially well stocked with equipment and amenities; a lovely space to have breakfast and enjoy the views. We were especially pleased with the services provided by the Truly Venice staff, both at its European offices and locally in Venice. We highly recommend this rental company and this particular spacious yet cozy apartment.

We rented San Tovaso Prestige for an important family gathering as my sister is exhibiting in the Biennale. It is located close to a vaporetto stop and local grocery store. The apartment is well-appointed and was large enough for our two children and their families. Just as important, the Truly Venice team arranged for our water taxis to and from the airport and quickly responded to our questions during our week stay. They are "truly" a professional company.

Gorgeous old house with modern touches. Rooms are spacious & clean. Great to have 4 bathrooms. Situated directly on San Trovaso square with views of the church one way, the canal & bridge the other. Dorsodouro is away from the tourist crowds - you see ‘real locals’ walking their dogs, heading to school, going shopping etc. Yet it’s a short walk over the Accademia Bridge & your on your way to St Mark’s. Dorsodouro itself is full of great restaurants (e.g. Trattoria Anzolo Raffaele, Estro Vino E Cucina) & independent shops (e.g. Ca Macana, Signor Blum) so you don’t have to go far to eat after a full day of sightseeing!
It was a wonderful place to stay. Quiet but handy for Zattere our favourite place to hang out, with drinks and ice cream! Still very central for covering most of the main Island. The apartments were beautifully decorated and furnished, with great bathrooms, something often difficult with Venice plumbing. We will definitely come again, and recommend it.
I would highly recommend this apartment and renting from Truly Venice. The location in Dosoduro was perfect. Close to everything, yet you are part of the fabric of the Venitian local community . The apartment wa both classic and modern. Very clean, 3 bedrooms with queen to king size beds and a well appointed kitchen. The Truly Venice reps were extremely attentive to any of our needs and the local rep met us at the boat, helped us with our luggage, and offered great eating spots. They were also always available by text/Whatsapp for any questions. We loved all if our time in Venice and wouldn't hesitate to stay in San Trovaso or any apartments offered by Truly Venice.
The appartment is in a quiet and beautiful area of Venice with good restaurants, bars and supermarket within short walking distance. It is easy to get to the main attractions either by walking or by water bus. The appartment itself was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. I've never stayed in an appartment before but there were 5 of us and I wanted us to be able to spend time together for my birthday. It was perfect. I would highly recommend this appartment and will definitely stay there again.
Had a fabulous weekend here with 6 girlfriends for my 50th. Really spacious property. Well maintained and such a great location so we could walk to most places and the water taxis collected us from across the way. Truly Venice were great at solving any issues quickly and were always available to chat to.
Very best situation in Venice especially for those who know their way about Venice. Excellent apartment, but no microwave oven as listed on website. Lovely views across the square to canals. Quiet despite being busy outside. Just too good to be true.
Beautiful apartment in quiet but convenient location We were a party of 3 adults. We loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The apartment is newly renovated and modern. We were very comfortable there. Location is great, so close to the Accademia vaporetto stop and the Peggy Guggenheim. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops in the neighbourhood. Great ciccechetti place at the San Trovaso bridge. Loved, loved our stay at the San Trovaso. Highly recommend it.
Outstanding.!! Great!!! Our family had a Terrific experience at the Palazzetto San Trovaso!!! The communication with Daniela was always easy and in a timely manner. They have the website set in a way that you can navigate and communicate with them very easy. You can book your water taxi and it works.!! Their staff always was polite and always willing to respond to our needs. The Apartments are really in a great location. Walking distance to main landmarks of Venice. The interior was out of this world, new, modern, sober and very, very comfortable, they have all you will need, and I really mean that, we were a big family and everyone was really happy and satisfied. A superb apartment in a wonderful location. This large apartment is located in a quieter part on Venice, but is very close to the local waterbus stop (Zattere) and within walking distance of many attractions including St Mark’s Square and the Guggenheim. 10 of us stayed, a mixture of adults and teenagers. It was a nice, safe, relaxing and air-conditioned place to come back two after spending time in the very busy tourist areas. The total apartment has 6 bedrooms and a bathroom for each, and set across 3 floors with two lounge areas with TVs. The place is in great shape and spacious. The two kitchens are well equipped and ideal for making breakfast or dinner. There is also a roof terrace great for chilling out in the evening. We shopped at the local supermarket about 5 mins away, that has a great choice of products (make sure you take a wheelie). There are many places to eat or just to have an ice-cream or drink close by, we loved the Zattere canal front and the more native Campo San Barnaba. We took a lovely “back-street” Gondala ride from here. Overall excellent quality and value for money. “Truly Venice” the management company handled everything very smoothly.
