In the vicinity can be found the “hidden jewel” Chiesa dei Miracoli, Campo Santi Giovanni e Paolo and its relaxed atmosphere for a coffee break, Campo Santa Maria Formosa with its prestigious historic buildings and cultural institutions. The surroundings are an infinite source of inspiration, on every bridge or Fondamenta (street that borders a canal) the view is truly Venetian.
The apartment itself is part of a stunning medieval era Palazzo, recently completely restored and brought back to the ancient splendour. It is a first floor of about 60 square meters, there is only one flight of stairs to reach the flat.
Particularly interesting is the contrast between the decidedly historic features of the building and the high-tech amenities of the Miracoli apartment, particularly well equipped with every possible appliance.
As soon as you walk in, stylish designer furniture really jumps out at you, but the best feature still needs to be figured out at this stage. In fact, both rooms can be presented during the day time like spacious and tidy living rooms with comfortable sofas and a luxury kitchen, while at night time they can both be easily transformed into bedrooms by hiding the kitchen with a sliding door mechanism and pulling down two invisible double wall-beds. The 20cm thick, 160cm wide mattresses are truly comfortable (queen size) and the mechanism is very simple to use.
There is plenty of closet and storage space and a luxury bathroom with large shower cabin. In the living room there is also a small balcony that reminds us the Romeo and Juliet balcony in Verona for its charming medieval context. The view from the apartment is not particularly open but definitely picturesque.
Appliances include air conditioning in both rooms, Wi-Fi internet connection, two satellite TVs with home theatre system, DVD player, all-in-one washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven, four cooking induction plates, large fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer, etc.
We suggest this little jewel to couples, be it for romantic escapes or long-term stays, you won't miss a thing at the Miracoli apartment!

Me, girlfriend and son stayed at the Miracoli apartment in the Cannaregio Neighborhood. It was our first time in Venice. The apartment is centrally located, not from the Piazza San Marco. There are 2 king beds in the apartment, so that worked well for the 3 of us. The apartment is upgraded with a new European kitchen and new bathroom. The kitchen included designer tableware. I was completely impressed, and would definitely recommend the Miracoli apartment. Once you book the apartment, Truly Venice will stay in contact with you to inform you on how to get to the apartment upon your arrival in Venice.

Miracoli apartment was just perfect for us, two ladies having a short break in central Venice. We chose to have a 'bedroom' each which gave us lots of air conditioned space. The kitchen is very well equipped, not that we cooked much at all, as there are many restaurants and bars etc close by, and reasonably priced. The beds are firm but comfortable and shower room spacious and well fitted. Location is quiet but only 10 mins or so walk to major locations St Marco, Rialto etc Also a 10 min walk to the Fundamenta Nuevo ferry stop for speedy access to the airport or across to the lagoon islands. Truly Venice staff were wonderfully helpful at booking stage and while we were in Venice. Always at the end of the phone if help /advice was needed. All in all a wonderful stay !

Miracoli is a charming apartment in a lovely old converted building,& situated on the first floor. Both rooms were of generous proportions & as both had sofas which converted into beds, we were each able to use one as a spacious bedroom. There was plenty of wardrobe space for our clothes-& even better-plenty of quality hangers! The fittings were all modern, well designed & of good quality-everything worked... From the windows in one room we could see across, but not access, the courtyard, with a canal just beyond, where we could often see gondolas passing by. On the other side, the room looked over a very narrow street, which was very quiet. Security was excellent, with both the main entrance door & the front door to the apartment, being very thick, with excellent locks. This was obviously an area where locals lived & so very close by were a variety of small shops, plus cafes & restaurants which we found both friendly & of good quality. Although we found the really central areas in Venice to be very crowded, our district was busy, but there was always plenty of space & beautiful, historic surroundings. Almost everything we wanted to see was in walking distance, as were the ferries to Murano, Burano & Marco Polo Airport. Everywhere was spotlessly clean & we appreciated the free provision of shower gel & shampoo. We greatly enjoyed our stay & felt we were living in The Real Venice

It was our first time in Venice, and we would use Truly Venice Apartments again. They met us at the Water Taxi and walked us to the apartment. I was running in the Venice Marathon and the location was perfect. Only about 2 - 3 minutes away from restaurants and bars, and yet the street outside the apartment was silent, which was a blessing. It was such an expceptional experience in Venice. Thank you Truly Venice Apartments.

The location was so good close to everything and the staff was great very well put together. As it was our first time in Venice we traveled by boat "private transfer" we were met by staff from Truly Venice at the water port who walked us to our accommodation and explained everything gave us maps. It took us 3 min walk to the apartment with only a small set of stairs to lift our bags. The accommodation had everything you needed found the oven and microwave hard to operate as the instruments were written in Italian but because there was so many restaurants around we chosen to eat out anyway. The only thing I did not like was the bed was so hard not used to sleeping on a hard bed. Highly recommend otherwise!!!

Our stay under the auspices of Truly Venice was highly successful and I congratulate Daniela on the personal attention and advice which she gave us both on arrival and before. She took great care over our booking and was very prompt in replying (in excellent English) to our requests for advice and information. Our apartment had all the advantages one could hope for, as well as being very well situated and in a quiet location but within a popular area. Truly Venice can be recommended unreservedly as an efficient, caring and enthusiastic agency.
