The Falier is a luxuriously restored one bedroom apartment found next to the famous Piazza San Marco and its amazing landmarks, such as the Basilica and the Doge's Palace.
Despite the immediate vicinity to the main tourist itinerary, it is very quiet and tucked away from the crowd, being located in a dead-end side street.
It receives plenty of natural light from the many windows facing a picturesque Canal and the rooftops of the historic center. The bedroom’s beautiful "Bifora" (traditional double arched windows) open on a little Istria Stone balcony, typical of the Venetian homes.
During the recent conservative renovation, the Caring Owner maintained the beautiful historical features such as the antique doors and windows and the beamed ceiling, while outfitting the apartment with contemporary amenities such as A/C, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction stoves, espresso coffee machine, fridge, freezer, kettle, a luxurious bathroom with shower, hairdryer, etc.
In the living room there is a very comfortable double sofa-bed, an antique dining table for 2 people and a brand-new kitchen with top-of-the line electrical appliances. The bedroom is particularly romantic, with a comfortable king size bed, plenty of precious fabrics and a large antique wardrobe plus a dressing table.
The Falier apartment is a perfect home for couples that love privacy and living in a quiet environment, or for singles needing a "pied-à-terre" for a while in Venice.

L'appartamento era pulitissimo e arredato con grande gusto, si respira proprio lo stile veneziano ma con tutti i comfort di un ambiente moderno! Il letto era perfetto, la camera elegante e romantica, ancor più bella di come appare in foto: dal piccolo balconcino si vede addirittura il campanile di San Marco, che a piedi dista meno di un minuto! Abbiamo trovato tutto come in foto, e nonostante la posizione centralissima, l'appartamento è risultato molto tranquillo. Anna, elegante e gentile, ci ha accolti con professionalità e ha organizzato per noi un tour della città dandoci molti consigli utili, e prenotando i transfer di andata e ritorno. L'organizzazione nel complesso è stata perfetta. Siamo stati felicissimi della nostra permanenza e saremo molto felici di poterci ritornare!

April 2024, Elena (Italy) We had a very enjoyable stay at the Falier apartment, last week. It was beautifully furnished, with a real air of old Venice about it. The bathroom was stylish and individual, the bedroom was lovely, comfortable and bright. The kitchen had everything we required, and the living /dining area was spacious and full of character. The location is perfect - right in the heart of things, but still very quiet and secluded.
Apartment well located and had everyhting needed. The agency that handles the apartment was very professional and diligent with all our requests!
While only one block off of St. Mark's Square this is a quiet location, very convenient to sites, water taxis, etc. The apartment has recently been remodeled and was super clean and well furnished.

We stayed in this apartment in October and couldn't fault it. The location was superb - literally next to San Marco Square. The apartment itself is great, compact but has everything you need. Would definitely stay there again and would definitely use and recommend Truly Venice.
