The Manin is a welcoming apartment with stunning views on Campo Santo Stefano, one of the nicest locations of the historic centre, few steps from the famous Accademia Bridge, in the San Marco District.
It is found at the 2nd floor of an historic Palazzo, it is accessible directly from the square, it has been recently renovated to the highest standards and finally offered to our privileged guests.
Full of natural light, elegantly furnished with some renown designer pieces, the Manin is truly comfortable for everyone, be it a family with children or a romantic couple. Authentic Terrazzo Veneziano flooring, antique wooden beamed ceiling, precious mosaic tiles in both bathrooms, luxury shower cabins are only some of the highlights of this property.
Beside the location, the great plus of the Manin apartment is definitively the picturesque view on the square enjoyable from the living room and the Istria Stone balcony where you can enjoy an aperitif or a cup of good coffee reading a book and observing the slow pace of the city life.
It is laid out on about 80 square meters and is composed of a living and dining room with two comfortable sofas and a table for up to 6 people, a functional kitchen equipped with brand new appliances, the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second smaller bedroom with a second bathroom. In the main bedroom there are 2 single beds that can be also used as king size bed on request; the second bedroom can be accessed through a sliding wall in the living room (this room can be completely separated and closed from the living room) and is equipped with a queen bed (160 cm wide by 200 cm long mattress).
Every room is equipped with air-conditioning system and there is climate-controlled heating, Wi-Fi internet connection and Smart TV in the living room. All-in-all the Manin is a truly charming and exclusive home, for both short and long stays.
About the location: possibly the best in Venice’s historical centre for its quietness, beauty and central position. The Vaporetto stop and the grocery stores are only few minutes’ walking distance and there are plenty of excellent restaurants and cafés nearby, while the high-street luxury brand boutiques are all in a 10 minutes’ walking distance.

My husband and I stayed in the Manin apartment for 14 nights in September. The apartment is very cosy, quiet, clean and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable as are the two bathrooms. The small balcony is a bonus, overlooking the Campo Santo Stefano with the San Vidal. We have stayed in this neighborhood several times in recent years and find it the most central area in Venice. The Truly Venice company is well organized. The booking procedure is good and the communication during our stay was prompt and adequate. We highly recommend Truly Venice and the Manin apartment.

This adorable apartment is amazing! In the best location- 5-10’ from the main sights, vaporetto stations and at one of the most beautiful squares, Campo Santo Stefano. Very well equipped (washer, dishwasher, etc). We used the balcony daily for morning coffee or evening drink. Restaurants on the square are very good. Rental agency (and a young lady Ana who met us at the vaporetto) was responsive and lovely. We would stay here again!

Manin apartment was excellent in all respects. It is bright, spacious, quiet, comfortable and well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the floor plan of the apartment in the arrangement of the two sleeping areas provided good privacy. It was enjoyable to gaze at the campo below and to sit on the charming balcony. We appreciated that basic food items were left for us on our arrival. Enrico, who met us off the Alilaguna, was very informative about the flat and the area, providing us with good advice about the local shops and restaurants. The location of the apartment was equally impressive: a stone’s throw from the Accademia bridge and the Accademia, and short walks to St Marks Square, the Rialto market and La Fenice theatre. The service from Truly Venice was truly excellent. For example. our wifi didn’t work well on our arrival, but this was fixed within hours. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.
Fabulous apartment - so pleased with my choice and will definitely be back! We loved the apartment - the location was superb on a really nice, interesting square. Great to see the comings and goings down below from our little balcony, also glimpses of the canal. Close to everything. Apartment itself was very well decorated and nicely finished, very comfortable. Agents were friendly and helpful. All in all, we were delighted. We'd booked for 6 weeks but had to truncate due to Covid-19, but the owner has agreed to let us defer to next year. We are very much looking forward to going back.
We stayed in this apartment for 10 days, March/April 2019. The apartment was wonderful. We were 4 adult, and it was perfect for us. Everything was clean and tidy, and in perfect order. This was my tenth visit to Venice, but my first rental by Truly Venice. This is best apartment I have ever stayed in, in Venice, and the company was very helpful. I'll be back !!!
If I wanted to buy an apartment of my own this would be without doubt be the one for me. The balcony maybe small but the atmosphere in the evening with people eating in the square, musician's playing across the way was just perfect way to spend the week celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary. With a view from your balcony of Campo Santo Stefano on the right and a slice of the Grand Canal on the left, this has to be one of the great spots to stay in Venice. Truly Venice Apartments are always a cut above other rental options. The photos look wonderful, but the apartments are even better when you arrive. I've stayed in 4 different Truly Venice Apartments over the last 4 years and in the Manin twice. Coffee every morning with a view from the balcony, I want to go back!
Hi all at Truly Venice! Apologies for this rather belated note following our stay at Manin apartment from 4 - 18 June. We absolutely loved our stay in Venice! The apartment was everything we hoped - and more! The tiny balcony was the highlight for us - mornings for coffee, early evening drinks and late suppers and nightcaps were all enjoyed overlooking the lovely square, often accompanied by musicians and singers practising in the surrounding institutes and church. We had a couple of problems during our stay but the service from all at Truly Venice was exemplary, with no delay in putting things right! Special thanks to Victoria who met us at the Water Taxi stop, checked us in and out with lots of useful information, and most importantly, came to our rescue late at night when our key broke in the lock! Victoria somehow managed to look totally unperturbed by her late night trek to the apartment although I'm sure she was inwardly cursing the key - and probably us too!! Thank you again, Victoria! We also very much enjoyed having a chef-cooked meal in the apartment. This was so much more enjoyable than we could have hoped! Anna and Federico were both charming and looked after us so well! We even enjoyed a 'bonus' appetiser of anchovies cooked in the oven as they were experimenting with a new dish. It was a lovely, relaxing evening with probably the best food we had in Venice. Many thanks to them both! We would totally recommend to other clients. We would be grateful if you would pass on our thanks to all who assisted us during our stay as well as those mentioned above. The Manin was everything we were looking for in an apartment! It's location on the campo San Stefano allowed us to get anywhere we wished to visit easily; be it via walking or vaporetto. The apartment itself was just like the pics...the beds comfy, the bathrooms spotless and the view of the campo was magic. Having the Manin's kitchen was an added treat, as we love to cook. Walking to the Rialto market and then being able to make dinner with local produce and seafood was a special treat. Whether it was the Manin's location, the apartment itself, or knowing that whatever we might require in the way of assistance (via Daniela, Paolo, Hannah & Thomas), we felt perfectly 'at home'... Manin Apartment was comfortable, spacious and perfectly located on Campo Santo Stefano. Lara met us at Sant'Angelo and provided a thorough orientation to the apartment. This is the second time we've rented from Truly Venice because of their professionalism and reliability. Lara arranged for a very-early-morning water taxi pick-up on our day of departure, which turned out to be an extremely foggy morning. Our water taxi guy motored us over to the car park, where we were met by a car taxi driver, who delivered us on time and safely to the airport. It worked out perfectly. We look forward to returning to Venezia in the future.
We stayed 4 nights in this light-filled and well appointed 2 bedroom apartment. It was perfect for one couple (and would work for two couples, though it might be a bit tight) The main bedroom was completely quiet and dark -- great for sleeping. We ate breakfast on our balcony over the lovely Campo Santo Stefano, grabbing coffee and orange juice from a nearby bakery. The apartment is 2 minutes from the Accademia bridge, 4 minutes to a vaporetto stop, 10 minutes to Piazza San Marco -- great location. We would certainly stay here again.
This is a beautiful apartment in an ideal location. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had a lovely little terrace to sit out on. We had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to recommend it.
The location was fab short walk to all the main attractions and set in a lovely square. Apartment was spacious, very comfortable and clean with a lovely little balcony to sit out on. All the local restaurants were great especially the little coffee bar in the square where we had breakfast every day. A great holiday, we will definitely be back!
This second floor apartment is well located - great views over San Stefano Square, two minutes from the Accademia Bridge and water bus stop. 10/15 minute walk to St Marks Square. It is furnished and fitted to a high standard. There are plenty of restaurants near by, although better value ones can be found with a little investigation. We arranged a water taxi from the airport via Truly Venice and were met by the Truly Venice Rep at our drop off. Whilst not cheap it does fully remove the hassle of taking the airport water bus and a local bus, then trying to find the apartment. Well worth doing.
This is a newly refurbished 2 bedroom 2nd floor apartment with a balcony overlooking Campo San Stefano with views to the Grand Canal. The location is first class, being a 1 minute from the Academia bridge and Vaperreto stop, around an 8 minute walk from St Marks Square and just over 10 minutes from the Rialto bridge. There are several restaurants that are less than a minutes walk away, as well as a very nice patisserie just round the corner. The apartment itself has 2 bedrooms and two fantastic bathrooms, a well appointed kitchen and that fantastic 2 person balcony for breakfast or evening drinks. The apartment is in a lovely old Venetian building and has retained a lot of character during the recent refit. There was a new wall mounted TV, brilliant air con and very good wifi. Truly Venice provided prompt advice through email conversation and set up our fantastic water taxi transfer from the airport. Their representative met us and took us to the apartment, and provided lots of useful advice. I could not think of a better apartment in a better location in Venice, and really enjoyed our weeks visit and stay in this fabulous apartment.
The location is perfect and the apartment has everything you need. The terrace is small but nice for two to sit out in the evening with a glass of wine and watch the people. There are many nice restaurants around - the one directly below the apartment was excellent and we would definitely recommend it. It is walking distance to everything. Hannah was very helpful when we had an issue with the air conditioner and needed to change our departure time. This is a wonderful apartment that comfortably sleeps 4. I higly recommend it.
This was my husband's first visit to Venice, so I wanted to make it a special occasion. We rented Manin for our 4 night stay, and we could not have been happier. The apartment is located on a large and pretty square, well serviced with eating places very nearby, and a supermarket only about 5 mins walk away. The apartment is about 2 mins walk from Accademia Bridge and about 5 mins walk to both Piazza San Marco and also the Rialto Bridge. It is convenient for arriving by Alilaguna as the Sant' Angelo stop is a short walk away. The apartment itself is on the 2nd floor and is beautifully decorated and equipped. The main bedroom is large with lots of wardrobe space and a good sized ensuite. The second bedroom is a little smaller, but still very functional and there is a second bathroom. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped, complete with dishwasher and a good amount of crockery and glassware. The sitting area has two large sofas, there is a table and chairs for meals and television/DVD player. We could not speak highly enough about this gorgeous property and would have no hesitation in recommending it as a very comfortable and central stay to enjoy the city of Venice.

This 2 bedroom apartment is in such a convenient spot - tucked away in Campo S.Stefano, around the corner from Accademia bridge, and walking distance to Rialto and St Marks. There are lots of cafes and restaurants in the Campo and surrounding to choose from. Would definitely stay again if I ever returned to Venice.
We have just returned from a lovely vacation in Venice. We rented the apartment Manin, through Truly Venice, and from start to finish, Daniela was efficient and prompt. We took there advice and had them book a water taxi from the airport, the best way to arrive in Venice. We also had them book our return taxi, as it was so convenient and such fun. The apartment is on San Stefano Square, 2 minutes walk to the Accademia Bridge, where the water taxi and water buses stop. A company representative was waiting for us, and after a 2 minutes walk, showed us around the apartment, and gave us some restaurant tips. No wandering around trying to find the address! The apartment is newly refurbished, everything has been done with taste and style, and obviously, everything is spotless! The rooms are all a great size, comfortable beds, and ironed bedding. You have a small balcony, with a table for two, to sit and read, or just people watch. The square has some restaurants, and your about 12 minutes walk to St. Marks. The location could not be any more perfect for exploring Venice. The nicest thing was that someone had really thought about the small stuff, details that usually get overlooked on vacation rentals. The bedding, towels, crockery etc were plentiful, and high quality. The kitchen also had the basics, coffee, tea, oil, there were even playing cards! which though a small detail, is brilliant, because your then not having to head of immediately to find a store. We would recommend Truly Venice and apartment Manin, in a heartbeat.
This apartment has everything you need for a great stay in Venice. With a good cafe downstairs and a small grocery, wine store and patisserie close by, we enjoyed buying our own provisions and making our own breakfast and supper in the apartment, chilling out in the evening with a glass of spritz or prosecco! Great place to relax after a long day of walking and sightseeing. Close to the Accademia bridge and in the other direction just a few minutes’ walk to San Marco Square and Rialto Bridge this apartment was a great base for our stay in Venice.
