It is found at the 2nd floor of an historic Palazzo that gain access from Campiello dei Callegheri and is equipped with elevator, it has been long-time owned by the same family who completely renovated it and now offered to our privileged guests.
Full of natural light, the interiors are in a cosmopolitan Parisienne style, elegantly furnished with vintage pieces including French industrial lamps from the 40s matching the style of a Doimo kitchen, Danish designer chairs from the 50s, a Shanghai style table with an original 70sParentesi lamp by Achille Castiglioni, beautiful natural oak parquet flooring in the living room and kitchen, original XIX Century Venetian terrazzo flooring in the bedrooms and bathrooms, original modern paintings by a well-known artist, and exquisite linen curtains and upholstered beds and sofas. An extra touch of class: is the original 60s Murano glass chandeliers from the Pauly collection. The result is a clean and comfortable ambience that accommodates anyone’s tastes.
Beside the location and the superb interior design, the great feature of the Aida apartment is definitely the picturesque views on the canal that can be enjoyed from the living room and bedrooms: looking out the windows you can see gondolas gliding by on the calm emerald waters.
The Aida apartment is about 100 square meters large and consists of a living and dining room with a comfortable sofa and a table for up to 6 people; a functional kitchen equipped with brand new appliances; two bedrooms each with queen-sized beds that can set up as two singles on request; and two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

Every room is equipped with an efficient air-conditioning system and there is climate-controlled heating, Wi-Fi in the living room there is and a Smart TV.
The Aida apartment, named after the well-known Opera from Giuseppe Verdi, which has been performed at the Fenice Theatre, is one of the 7 apartments available in this Palazzo and can be combined for example with the Traviata Apartment found door to door on the 2nd Floor, or with the Salomé studio and/or the Tosca apartment, both on the 1st floor.
We warmly recommend the Aida apartment for discerning guests who are looking for a truly charming and exclusive home, for either short or long stays.

We come every year for the film festival and really enjoyed coming home to this lovely apt, about 7 mins from San Marco Square. Very quiet, clean and most importantly—amazing AC! We look forward to staying here again.

Appartement très confortable, parfait avec le nécessaire pour cuisiner, bonne literie. Idéal pour 4 personnes. La vue sur le canal avec le va et vient des gondoliers est magique!

This is a great apartment in a fabulous location. We have stayed here three times. The lift, the space, the bathrooms and modern kitchen - not to mention the music from passing gondolas outside your window - make this a very special place.

This is an excellent apartment centrally located. It’s very quiet at night and close to many great sights and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and there was a nice guidebook and in-person checkin. We would stay again.

This was a long time dream to visit Venice. Our apartment was modern, bright, clean and in a wonderful area of Venice. The apartment management company Truly Venice were very accommodating and helpful during our stay. I would not hesitate to book this apartment another time. We had some difficulty with the elevator being out of service, but they provided compensation and assistance to help us. This photo taken from bedroom window says it all!

Buongiorno Having just returned from four wonderful days in Venice, I would just like to thank you for your help in re-arranging our trip. We had originally planned to travel in March 2020 but had to cancel due to covid travel restrictions and you kindly allowed us to defer until this year. The delay was worth it - the apartment was centrally located and offered us all the comfort and facilities a group of four required. And the weather was excellent! On the final day with an evening flight, we certainly appreciated being allowed to store our luggage in the apartment also. This was my second time using Truly Venice having previously stayed in Sarpi and I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to friends. I look forward to returning to Venice soon and hope to use Truly Venice again. Grazie Mille .

Aida was a great Apartment! We love renting from Truly Venice, the company’s attention to detail and service is always good and consistent. The Aida apartment was centrally located between Rialto and San Marco and had everything we needed for our two week stay. It was spacious and comfortable. Looking forward to another stay thru this company!

My wife and I stayed in Aida for 5 nights with our one year old daughter. The apartment was fantastic - great location, well equipped and very comfortable beds! The views of the canals were great and the singing Gondoliers were quite something in the evening! The Truly venice team were also very helpful right from the beginning - very responsive and accommodating! They were very flexible letting us have a late check out. Will definitely use them again for future trips to Venice!

Great location, large appartment with everything you need, (instructions for the induction hob would have been helpful but figured it out eventually!) Looks exactly as the pictures. Views overlooking a canal with frequent gondolas going past. So glad we picked this over a hotel, the extra space and being able to pop back for lunch was great. Also close to deli's and supermarket. Don't be tempted to open the windows though I got eaten alive by the mosquitoes!

This is the third time I visited Venice and rented from TrulyVenice. Their apartments are perfectly equipped, spotlessly clean, modern, up-to-date, and in great locations. You never feel alone. They meet you at the dock, make transport arrangements from the airport or train station, if needed. They explain the equipment in the apartment, give restaurant advice, and make you feel they are there if you need help. They answer the phone! My next Venice visit will again be with TrulyVenice

The apartment is lovely with two bedrooms and two baths, a large living dining area and a well equipped kitchen. It has windows that can be open. To listen and see the gondola slide by the cabanas of Venice. It is located in a strategic area in Venice close to the Opera house and close to saint marks square. There are many good restaurants and great shops in many areas in Venice. The e mail communication was excellent and prompt and the representative of Truly Venice was waiting for us at the water taxi stop that he booked for us from the airport we arrived early and the apartment was ready. We forgot the adaptors for the I phone and computer and the representative got us two till we were able to get more I strongly recommend this apartment and Truly Venice for the prompt and efficient service. Also there is an elevator which is rare in venice. The part EMG and building is very clean.

We go every two years to Venice and try a different rental through Truly Venice who are really great - very efficient staff, cooperative and kind. The Aida apartment was fine, even if lacking a little soul! Everything functioned beautifully and the cleaner did an excellent job after 5 days. The location, on a canal behind the Fenice is convenient and not too far from the Giglio vaporetto stop.

Great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. We especially enjoyed the singing gondoleirs passing by on the canals. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and light.

A fantastic visit! Enrico met us at the vaparetto stop and took us straight to the apartment. A terrific apartment, close to everything, but quiet at night. Plenty of space, all the amenities and very comfortable. Made for a great stay and would love to stay here again if we ever return to Venice.

The Aida apartment is very spacious and comfortable; large bedrooms, lounge /dining area, modern kitchen and bathrooms. Location is great, close to everything in the San Marco / Rialto area and the canal just outside the windows is perfect to see and hear the many gondolas gliding by with music and songs. The best stay we've had Venice!

A fabulous location, a large and comfortable space overall and great AC (needed in July!). The beds were comfortable, the two bathrooms were handy with a family of four, and everything worked well. The views from the windows are even better than pictured! We had singing gondaliers whenever we opened the windows during the day. Thanks Truly Venice!

Both Aida and Tosca are wonderful apartments in a great location. Close to St. Marks square, vaporetto stop, shops, restaurants and a grocery store.

Firstly I must praise Truly Venice the agents. They were amazingly efficient in answering pre booking enquiries and their on the ground representative who took us to our apartment went the extra mile in settling us in to our apartment. They have the best choice of quality apartments in Venice by far and I would not hesitate to use them again. Apartment Aida is situated directly behind La Fenice theatre right above a canal which can be enjoyed from a number of rooms in the apartment. There is an elevator which was a must for my 80 yr old mother. The apartment was spotlessly clean with two bathrooms, a well appointed kitchen and living room. The beds were super comfy. My only request that a couple of lamps in the lounge would have made it feel more cosy.

This apartment is very conveniently located to St. Mark's Square and has plenty of space for 4 people. It was very clean, but lacking in creature comfort amenities, such as end tables and extra chairs that were comfortable. The two bathrooms were a luxury, but the main bath had not one single shelf or space to place any item on. The shower, though new and clean, was such a tight fit that even an average-sized person could not bend over in it comfortably and again, nowhere to even put a bar of soap. The washer was nice to have, but lack of a dryer was inconvenient. Also, English language instructions for operating the washer and dishwasher would have been helpful. I would recommend this place to a friend if they were aware of the lack of amenities.

We stayed in Aida apartment for three weeks in February when the weather was cold. The apartment was warm and comfortable apart from a strong draft coming from the stairwell and under the apartment door. This we remedied by rolling up a bath mat as a draft excluder. The area is central and has easy access to the Simply supermarket, bakers, good wine shops etc. We know Venice really well so the easy daily walk to the market was a bonus. The apartment is newly furnished and the bed and bath linens are top quality. The furniture is comfortable, fashionable but a bit bland for our taste - we would have liked some books to personalise it better. The kitchen has a american coffee machine which we hated as living in Italy we are used to better coffee machine that make stronger coffee. As it was new the kitchen lacked a few things that you would expect to find in an Italian kitchen - cheese grater, expresso cups and pot, frying pan and griddle etc. Once this had been mentioned to Truly Venice things were bought and delivered by one of the team the next day. The downsides of the apartment were a lack of hot water for a bath although the heating was great and a dining table that was far too big, seating up to eight. This took up far too much room and the sofa only sat three people - there was no other comfortable seating so if you were four staying it could be an issue. There was also no coffee table to put cups, glasses, books etc whilst you were sitting. The upsides were quality furnishings and fittings, good heating in winter,a well maintained building, a fairly quiet and central location, a lift ( a rarity in Venice) and very good service from Truly Venice. I extended my stay by a few days whilst there with no problems.
