Staying in a Truly Venice apartment was a brilliant decision. Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed the space, the ambiance and the feeling as if we were having a locals Venice experience. Certainly the highlight of our stay was the beautifully catered four course dinner. We purposefully scheduled our dinner on the first night, which made for an easy transition from a day of travel and set the tone for our time in Venice.
Chiara and and her assistant were gracious, hospitable and not invasive. They came prepared and set a beautiful table with linens, candles and flowers. They served an incredible meal that featured wonderfully fresh local ingredients and we enjoyed learning about the local cuisine as they educated us on the nuances and traditions of the region. They also accommodated a food allergy, and made a special birthday dessert.
We would highly recommend this culinary experience.
