All ingredients are selected with great care at local shops and fresh vegetable and fish markets to ensure you get the best quality food available in town. Only by understanding a Regions' tastes you can truly appreciate its culture. This is no doubt an exclusive dining experience that should not be missed.

Be a Chef for a day
Our desire was to launch this culinary project with two very special people who wish to share their passion for food with you. We are excited that they agreed to move back to Venice after 5 years in Berlin where they ran the famous "Metti una sera a cena" one of the first supper clubs in the German capital.
You will be met at the Riatlo market, the heard of Venice, where you have the opportunity to get to know and appreciate produce that you may find nowhehre else in the world. Venice has a wide range of unique and inspiring ingredients that you will learn how to select and use during the cooking class.
