This area of the Dorsoduro District is strategic: the Vaporetto stop Cà Rezzonico is only 2 minutes’ walk away, while the immediate surroundings Campo San Barnaba and Campo Santa Margherita are lively squares where can be found some of the nicest local restaurants, cafés, open-air markets and supermarkets, everything at your doorstep.

A great plus of the Rezzonico Palace is the private water door accessible directly from the Grand Canal: if you land at Venice Airport and book with us a private water taxi, in only 30 minutes you will be relaxing on the sofa at home. Please be aware that the guests of this apartment can access the palace directly from the Grand Canal water entrance door during the caretaker working hours (Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm) and only upon his availability during week-ends and nights, please enquire for further information.

Another good reason to stay at Rezzonico Palace is the possibility to access the courtyard and the garden: the former is almost completely sheltered by a century old wisteria particularly enjoyable in spring when the purple flowers bloom, the latter is one of the most prestigious private open spaces found in the entire city. The guests of this residence are allowed to use them on request. The gate is closed during the night from 19:00 to 8:00 and on week-ends as only the caretaker has the key. This accommodation is composed of 3 independent holiday rental units, part of a remarkable "Palazzo" owned by the same family for centuries:

1. at the first floor above the garden there is the largest unit which we called Rezzonico Garden, laid out on roughly 200 square meters and composed of a huge living and dining area inundated with natural light, a fully fitted kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The master bedroom is particularly spacious, the other two bedrooms can be either twin or double (please specify how you want them when enquiring) and all of them benefit from integral privacy being located on different sides of the apartment.  The entire apartment features high ceilings, terrazzo Veneziano flooring and classic style furniture. In particular the living room is adorable in the afternoon when the sun shines on the garden and flood with light the sitting room where you can enjoy an exclusive tea break with garden view.

2. at the ground floor there is the Rezzonico Suite that is laid out on about 80 square meters and is composed of an elegant living room with Grand Canal view and a double pull-out sofa, one double bedroom, one bathroom, a large kitchen with table for four people;

3. always at the ground floor you can find the Rezzonico Studio, a small apartment of about 35 square meters, with one double or two single beds (on request), a bathroom and a kitchenette;

Every room has air conditioning except for the Studio that has a portable Air Con unit. There is good Wi-Fi internet connection. In total the Rezzonico Palace accommodates comfortably up to 12 people.
