The apartment is right in the middle of beautiful Campo Santo Stefano, the Accademia Bridge and the renowned Palazzo Grassi Contemporary Art Museum. In the immediate surroundings there are a variety of good restaurants, bars and shops for sophisticated palates, beside the supermarket, the best boutiques and ateliers. You cannot find a better location in Venice historical centre.
Few Apartments in Venice offer such a spectacular panoramic view over the roof-tops: on the quiet so called “Altana” (typical wooden roof-top terrace) you can relax under the sun during the day or have a romantic candle light dinner at night. It is easily accessible from an easy-to-climb staircase from the huge living room. You will probably spend most of the time on that terrace!
The Venini apartment is found at the 4th floor: you can access it through the small elevator or by the stairway. The apartment is composed of a gigantic living room, a good kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms. The living room is particularly prestigious: it features high wooden beamed ceilings, parquet flooring, many windows with view on “Salizada San Samuele” and access to the mezzanine where the owner used to work from his desk.
The most interesting part is the exclusive collection of beautiful Murano Glass objects properly locked inside the glass cabinets that you can see also in the photo gallery. Precious are also the limited-edition pieces from Venini (the famous Venetian Glass Artist) which gave the name to the apartment. Beside the glass object, this apartment features a collection of very interesting original paintings. There are also plenty of comfortable sitting areas and a good entertainment system with large TV.
The kitchen is spacious and well equipped (table for 6 people, large fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, 4 burners' stove, etc...) and can be separated from the living room closing the sliding doors.
A long corridor connects the living area with the three bedrooms: the master bedroom and the second bedroom are furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe and have en-suite bathroom with shower; the third bedroom, that can be used with 2 single beds or as double on request, have access to the third bathroom with bathtub. The bedrooms aren’t very spacious as the rest of the house but are big enough for two people for a holiday.
The amenities of the Venini apartment include air-conditioning system in every room, independent heating system, Wi-Fi internet connection, entertainment system, modern appliances. It accommodates comfortably six discerning guests and it is suitable for all travellers with the only exception of children below 5 years old: special care has to be taken to avoid damages to the glasses.

Excellent location and spacious apartment ideal for family or three couples. We loved the big table in the kitchen and enjoyed several meals around it. Roof top terrace has most excellent 360 degree views.

Spacious, stylish and comfortable apartment in a quiet location but still close to the vaporetto, bars and restaurants. The lift was a godsend after wandering around Venice and to get the cases up and down to the apartment. The roof terrace was the highlight with glorious 360 degree views. The huge TV was ideal for catching the odd rugby World Cup game (using an Amazon Firestick). The beds were extremely comfortable and the aircon very efficient and welcome. The little grocery shop just close by was ideal for the basics and very friendly. The traghetto across to San Toma was ideal for hopping across the Grand Canal. Highly recommended for families or 3 couples.

The altana was particularly pleasant . The equipment, particularly in the kitchen, is of high quality, and the living room is well furnished with remarkable works of art on the walls. It is preferable to take the showers in turn to benefit from the hot water.

Wonderful apartment with plenty of space and in wonderful location!!! The apartment has a lot of beautiful artwork.

This place is much bigger than we expected! It’s on a quiet street, but close to everything (easy walk to all the sights). It was hot while we were there, so we enjoyed lounging in the large, bright, comfortable living room. The AC worked very well! We did spent time on the patio as well because the views are great, it’s covered, and there is a breeze. We did laundry and made food at home while there, both very easy. There are great restaurants nearby we enjoyed too! The hosts were fantastic: they helped us arrange boats to and from the train, showed us the apartment when we arrived, and even helped us out because we locked ourselves in the building when leaving (there is an unlock button we didn’t know about). Wi-fi worked well for us and our teens. I would stay here again!

The Venini is very close to the San Samuele vaporetto stop, and an easy walk to the Accademia Bridge and to San Marco. There are a number of restaurants in the area, a small grocery store up the block, and interesting shops nearby. For our group--visiting the Venice Biennale--it was relatively east to get to the Giardini and Arsenale, as well as to a number of the off-site collateral exhibitions. Our few suggestions are to equip the apartment with sufficient toilet paper and paper towels, and to alert people that, while there is a washing machine, there is no dryer.

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment is a perfect family vacation home. It is located just off Campo Santo Stefano; it is serviced by an elevator; it has an altana -- a rooftop terrace -- where you can dine and from which you can see the San Marco bell tower. The rooms are generous; the living room comfortable; and the decor (Murano glass) spectacular. Ten minutes to the Rialto, ten minutes to St. Mark's, ten minutes to the Accademia. It's a quiet location close to the major sights -- and there's no bridge between the vaporetto stop and the apartment.

Lucia the landlady could not have been more helpful. The altana was missing its awning and she very promptly replaced it to give us some shade. The apartment is even more beautiful in person and is in an ideal location close to San Stefano, away from crowds and quieter than we expected. The glass collection in the apartment is spectacular and the apartment itself is very comfortable. The nearest traghetto is a five minutes walk (near Sant'Angelo) that runs directly to San Toma in San Polo and is only 2 Euros. (Beware if you are using the traghettos that not all stops are operating, but the one at Sant'Angelo is. Also note that San Samuele vaporettos only offer a night service.) We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to our friends.

Love this apartment and the fantastic quiet location. It’s fun to eat in the kitchen with views across the rooftops of Venice. Really enjoyed our evening cocktails while admiring all the beautiful glass.

Very nice apartment. Truly Venice answered every question and were great with communication. The apartment was beautiful, centrally located and very quiet. The lift was rather small though and is the only issue that keeps me from rating a 5.

A great apartment in a nice quiet location with a 5 minute walk to all the major tourist sights. Our host was there to greet us at our taxi drop off point and was very helpful when messaged her questions. The apartment itself was great, very clean and welcoming, especially loved the roof top terrace where we would enjoy our morning coffee in the sun. Our family of 5 would definitely stay there again.

The Venini home met all of our expectations. It was clean with great accommodations, in a great location and we had wonderful service upon our arrival, giving us all the necessary information, which was really helpful. The personalized service you provide upon arrival makes all the difference, compared to other places we’ve stayed did not provide. The added feature of arranging water taxi service was also extremely helpful. Thank you again!

We booked this apartment for 3 couples and it was perfect. Our arrangements were very easy, the directions clear and we were met and escorted from the water taxi to the apartment, a very short walk with no bridges or stairs! The apartment is beautiful, rooms were comfortable and the living areas and kitchen are very spacious for a group. We really enjoyed the outdoor space too, a nice bonus in Venice. The neighborhood is quiet, had a great wine shop and small market. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The location is very central for sightseeing.

We've just arrived home, and just to say, "We loved it!" We were promptly met at the Water Taxi by Thomas who showed us around. The apartment is just beautiful and centrally located. We were able to walk everywhere and come back to an altana that overlooks the rooftops of Venice. (The altana could use a bit of work, but its view is so superb that even that can be easily overlooked.) We would return in a heartbeat!

The Venini apartment rented by Truly Venice was even nicer than the pictures on line. It is a stunning three bedroom, three bathroom apartment decorated with Murano glass with windows in every room and a panoramic altana. The company arranged for a water taxi to bring us to San Samuele vaporetto stop where we were met by Anna and brought to our home for 4 nights. The Venini is perfectly located, no more than a 10 minute walk from Piazza San Marco and from the Rialto Bridge, yet a bit off the beaten path in a nice quiet area of the city near Campo San Stefano where there are lots of restaurants and an excellent cafe. The apartment is roomy and all bedrooms were situated to afford privacy to our three couples. The kitchen was large enough for all three couples to sit around the table with plenty of room to spare. At the end of our stay Truly Venice arranged for water taxi service to the cruise terminal. I would highly recommend this rental!!

The apartment is truly beautiful. It was spotlessly clean with beautiful bed linen and towels. It's in an excellent location, we walked everywhere. We made use of the roof terrace every morning for breakfast and enjoyed the fabulous views and sounds of the bells ringing. We could not fault a thing, from booking to being met at the apartment and being allowed to stay a few hours longer to fit in with our onward travel plans. The three men in our party appreciated the large TV to enable them to watch the England World Cup match on arrival! We would highly recommend this apartment and we would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you Truly Venice, we had the most amazing stay in Venice.

We were met by someone at the water bus stop and shown to the apartment. They were really helpful and gave us some information about Venice. The apartments itself was amazing. We had 6 people staying there and it was still really spacious. Kitchen was large enough and well equipped to cook in. The terrace was a nice addition. It was a bit chilly to sit out there but the view was great. The location was perfect. It was nice to stay in a quieter area but still within 10 mins walk of St Marks square. The best supermarket we found was by the rialto Bridge. Burano is worth taking a trip to - the colourful houses make a great Instagram post. Murano is one of those places you feel you should go to but you don’t need that long there!

Apartment Venini could not be in a better location! We chose to walk everywhere, but the water taxi stop on the Grand Canal was only 30 metres away, and the local grocery store was at 20 metres from the apartment (handy, but like the rest of Venice, expensive). Note there is no canal view. The only drawback was the strict requirement to use a very small lift to access the apartment, as the stairs can be used only in case of emergency (if you are in the least claustrophobic you will not enjoy this). Apart from that the apartment is fabulous. We did not make use of the roof terrace as it was too cold, but it would be a huge bonus in the summer months. We were met by Enrico who was helpful and gave good advice. No problem in delaying checkout to suit our flight. We would stay there again without hesitation.

6 of us (3 couples) stayed at the Venini Apartment for 3 night during August 2017 following a cruise which ended in Venice. Truly Venice was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check-in early and check-out late since the apartment wasn't booked on the those days. Thomas came to meet us at San Samuele water bus stop and took us to the apartment which is only a minute's walk away. He gave us the tour of the apartment and also provided us with a map already marked with local shops etc and advised us on local reasonably priced restaurants and answered all the questions we had. The map came in very handy as the GPS signal on the phone was very erratic in some parts of Venice. The apartment is in a very quiet part of Venice and very spacious, extremely clean and had every thing that one could want including air conditioning (the temp outside was mid-30c everyday). The kitchen was extremely well equipped and we chose to eat in 2 out of the 3 nights using groceries purchased at a local supermarket which was 5 to 10 minutes walk away. All key sights are within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from the apartment and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Venini with Truly Venice. I would definitely recommend Truly Venice and if I am ever in Venice again I would book with them without hesitation.

A stunning, spacious apartment furnished in good taste with comfort in mind. Amazing art work on walls - the sort I'd love on my own walls. The glass collection is beautiful, a great taster for visiting the museum on st Giorgio if you go. A well-equipped kitchen in which we enjoyed leisurely breakfasts, but could easily cook an evening meal. And the roof terrace views! You could sit there and look at them all day. The area is central, close to transport, and the local bars and restaurants are extremely good, feature in top guides etc., so if you choose, you don't even need to go further than Calle Botteghe for ciccetti, dinner, ice-cream. Lovely Deli and wine-shop on C/Botteghe, supermarket at 5-10 ins walk. Campo San Stefano a perfect place to sit with coffee and watch the locals and tourists go by. Tom met the first guests and was extremely helpful and harming. He also responded immediately to any requests and questions. A perfect location for a group or family of 6 adults.

Dear Trulyvenice team, after a really kind and heartful welcome from Thomas at the waterbus station he guided us to the Appartment. It has a lovely view on it´s terrace and everything you need inside. The kitchen is full of equipment, 3 bedrooms plus a bathroom for each one and the big living room. There is everything you need around, tiny bars and supermarket, restaurants and sightseeing places of course. We really enjoyed our trip and stay! We felt very well and welcomed. All of us would love to come back there. Thank you!
