The tastefully furnished dining area connects the living room to the spacious and luxurious kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and fine kitchenware. On this level there are also two well-proportioned double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with bathtub, the second with shower).

An architectural staircase leads to the 4th floor, where you can relax in the comfortable library and on the easily accessible traditional Venetian wooden roof terrace (altana) with pleasant views of the Church of San Vidal and the Canal below. Privileged guests of the San Vidal apartment will be looked after by the owner's housekeeper, who can take care of cleaning service and laundry, as well as helping you exploit the full potential of your luxury stay. The owner prefers an adult clientele only and no kids under 15 years of age. Pets are not allowed.
