It is found along the well-known Zattere waterfront, possibly the best spot of the city for a stroll in the sun and an exceptional view on Saint Mark's Basin. The public transportation, the Spirito Santo Vaporetto stop line n.6, that is literally next to the apartment, takes only 15 minutes (2 stops) to reach the Lido, allowing the guests to easily access the beach.
Laid out on about 80 square meters, it is composed of a spacious living room featuring a comfortable sofa and a table for four, a fully equipped and very functional kitchen, two double bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. There is also a pouf that folds out into a full-length bed for the 5th guest. It features wooden beamed ceilings and terrazzo Veneziano flooring.
The apartment is equipped with every possible electric appliance such as washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, large fridge and freezer, kettle, TV with DVD player, Wi-Fi internet connection, etc.
We recommend the Palladio Garden apartment to either families with children, particularly in summer for those who prefer to be close to the Lido beaches, or romantic couples, or elder guests with limited mobility who are looking for an easily accessible ground floor without steps to climb.

Very well located in a quite area with an easy and quick access to the main landmarks of the city, the proximity of a little and very convenient supermarket. The person who welcomed us was very kind, efficient and helpful and the staff very reactive to my messages. Definitely recommendable.

It does not come as a shock to discover that a Swiss based company is very efficient. Since I was recommended to Truly Venice, I have not booked accommodation through any other company because it delivers a top flight service. I always want to stay in Dorsoduro, the laid back, arty sestiere of Venice where a few easy steps gets me away from the lady holding up the red umbrella pursued by a horde of short term tourists. Palladio Garden, hard by the S.Spirito vaporetto stop, was spotlessly clean with two bathrooms, which was ideal as I was travelling with a golfing friend and we were off to play golf on the Lido at Venezia club and we wanted our own washing facilities. My only complaint was that my wash baisin took an age to drain. Had I complained about it during the stay I am sure Truly Venice would have had a plumber round immediately! We were greeted on arrival at our landing stage by Anna, a charming, helpful young company representative based in Venice who spoke excellent English and could not have made us feel more welcome. I shall be back in Dorsdoduro again next year and I shall book it through Truly Venice, I cannot do more that recommend that you do exactly the same.

We enjoyed our stay very much, starting with the warm welcome and introduction, the Perfect location with a fantastic view of the giudecca as soon as you step out. The Appartement is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. We would book again!

We rented this 2 bedroom garden apartment along with the 4 bedroom connected to it. We rented through Truly Venice which was easy, clear instructions and totally efficient. It was 6 couples who all loved both apartments. They were clean, updated and just as the pictures showed. The 4 bedroom had a wonderful canal view out of the dining room window. We socialized mostly in the 4 bedroom apartment but had the luxery of the kitchen and additional space in the 2 bedroom. You enter a courtyard through a locked door so you have complete privacy walking between the two apartments. Highly recommend staying in either apartment or both!

The Palladio garden was just what we needed in Venice. We were attending the Biennale but had teenagers with us, so we needed somewhere a short hop to the Giardini, but with a relaxing lounge and comfortable beds so girls and we could recharge. Stepping out each morning to the wonderful light, water and openness of the Guidecca canal was a real treat. Kitchen and bathrooms had all we needed for convenience and the service from our rep from Truly Venice was excellent. Note that the Dosoduro is a quiet neighbourhood and you are a boat ride or a walk over the academia bridge. But we liked that! We shall stay here again.

Having searched 3 to 4* hotels and noting the prices, I searched apartments and found the site Truly-Venice. Well laid out, easy to follow, good choice, cost effective and excellent communications with the representative. First thing, book a water taxi, expensive but hassle free and a good start to the holiday. The Palladio Garden, spotless and well laid out. The main bedroom opens out onto a garden, my wife could not fault it and she is hawkeye. Loved it, loved Venice, nothing more to be said. Originally thought the location was out of the main area, but Venice is not that large and can be walked in no time, the best part for me being out of the main tourist areas, bars and restaurants were more traditional and reasonably priced. The apartment is very secure, opens out onto the Zattere, a lovely waterfront promenade where you can sit in the sunshine in one of the waterfront bars. No hesitation in recommending the Palladio Garden

We honestly considered not writing a review so no one would find out about this place. This is a real find. First of all the unique advantages. It was in a quiet non-congested area of Venice yet is really close to great restaurants and cafes and major attractions. The apartment was stylishly modern and spotlessly clean. It had a fully equipped kitchen and two lovely baths. We were provided directions to the nearest water bus stop. The guide who gave us the keys met us there and was at the stop in less than five minutes. He showed us the apartment. It was all quite seamless. As a side note he recommended the best places to eat. It was a bit of a leap of faith to do the apartment rental thing in Europe, but this was a really great experience.

Lovely ground floor apartment with a small, prettily lit garden. Location right on the waterfront at Zatterre. This part of Venice is relatively quiet but it is very easy to get to all the major sights either by walking or waterbus. The main boat for the airport is very close indeed as is an excellent supermarket which stays open unusually long hours
