The Mocenigo is a classic Venetian style 3 bedrooms apartment with panoramic views on beautiful Campo Santo Stefano, few steps from the Accademia Bridge, in the San Marco District
It is found at the 3rd floor of an historic Palazzo, it is accessible directly from the square, and it has been recently renovated to the highest standards and finally offered to our privileged guests.
Full of natural light and elegantly furnished, it features authentic Terrazzo Veneziano flooring in the living room, classic stuccoed walls and ceilings with antique mirrors, prints and paintings, Murano Glass Chandeliers in every room. Behind the classic look it conceals a high-tech soul, with fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, efficient A/C system in every room, powerful independent heating system, fully equipped kitchen with functional layout, and three brand new bathrooms.
It is laid out on about 170 square meters and it features also a little terrace accessible from the entrance room. The large living room faces on Campo Santo Stefano and it is furnished with two large sofas, a large antique wooden table, and a precious 18th century chest of drawer. The functional kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances including large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing/drying machine, oven, induction stoves, microwave, kettle, espresso coffee maker and all other basic amenities.
On the back of the building, therefore extremely quiet, there are three spacious bedrooms with modular beds, that can be prepared on request as king size double beds, or as twin beds (in total there are 6 Dorelan mattresses measuring 200x90 cm each, that when combined as double beds are equipped with topper for extra comfort). All of the bedrooms have also a desk for those who need to work or study. Two of the three well-lit and well-appointed bathrooms have a large shower cabin, while the third is equipped with bathtub.
The Mocenigo is the perfect holiday home for a large family or a group of friends that are looking for top location, comfort, privacy and style all at once. If you are planning a large reunion we suggest renting the Mocenigo Premium, combining together the Morosini and the Mocenigo apartments located in the same building and almost identical in size and lay-out, thet offer hospitality to up to 12 people in 6 double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
About the location: possibly the best in Venice historical centre for its quietness, beauty and central position. The Vaporetto stop and the grocery stores are only few minutes’ walking distance and there are plenty of excellent restaurants and cafés nearby, while the high-street luxury brand boutiques are all in a 10 minutes’ walking distance. There are so many landmarks in the surroundings that it will take you weeks to complete the tour!

Lovely 3 bedroom 3 bath historical apartment, overlooking Campo de Stefano square - 5/6 outdoor lovely restaurants on borders of large uncrowned square. Little shops, Rx, markets on corner.. Super close to water taxi Vidal station. Shopping close, canals surrounding. You cannot go wrong and everything was as described but better. We wanted charming historical apartment , terrace and 3 modern bathrooms. Windows and paintings throughout. I was traveling with daughter & husband ,15 yr old teen . Private water taxi to and from airport and stop off at train. Made it so easy and stress free since hopping over from Santorini wedding and heading to Venice. Blessed to have found you. WiFi worked great , kitchen modern with Nescafé machine , laundry with pods dishwasher etc.

He was helpful and oriented us to our apartment and Venice. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Great to open the windows and watch/listen to the Venetian life below. Loved every minute of our time in Venice.
Very efficient and responsive online-welcome pack ordered. water taxi and greeting efficient Truly Venice will arrange everything for you. The apartment is comfortable, clean, overlooks the square, 5 minutes from everywhere. Restaurants below are excellent. Truly Venice are an efficient organization with many properties and know their stuff. Live in luxury for quarter the price of hotel and much more room.
Mocenigo met all of our needs: close to La Fenice, to food shopping, and to the Grand Canal for walking trips to other areas. It was comfortable, spacious, well appointed, and the kitchen was pretty well supplied for all of our cooking. We highly recommend it.
