The Greci Studio is a refined open space top-floor with high wooden beamed ceilings and contemporary feel located in the Castello District.
There is plenty of light and mirrors that reflect it, creating a very pleasant ambience. The owner of this loft furnished it with all the most important modern amenities.
It is located only 5 minutes’ walk to St. Mark's Square and 3 minutes’ walk to the Vaporetto stop of San Zaccaria, but the best way to reach the apartment is by water taxi, which drops you off right next to the building. You can also find excellent restaurants, cafés, shops and supermarkets in the immediate surroundings.
It measures about 70 square meters and features 5 meters tall ceilings, with plenty of large windows for guaranteed natural lighting all year long. There is a small entrance room where you can leave your coats to keep the loft tidy. The furniture is vintage, rather minimalistic. The kitchen is really full optional: you can literally have a cooking show if you like! There are large wardrobe in case you are planning to stay for a while.
The Greci Studio is perfect also for longer stays as it is fully functional and well-priced. The environment is absolutely quiet and relaxing. There is Wi-Fi, A/C, washing machine and all othe rbasic electrical appliances. We suggest it to professionals, singles or couples, who stays in Venice mixing leisure and business. A sofa bed is available in the living room.

it has everything you need and set it a great area that's not too busy. The bakery over the road was a big plus for us. The apartment even has a tape player, so forget to bring your favourite mixed tape.

Having an English-speaking representative meet us on arrival was a plus - the introduction to the apartment was very thorough and included some very useful tips for eating out in Venice. The apartment was just as pictured on the web-site and was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect - could not have been better. We knew Truly Venice were just a telephone call away should we need any help or assistance at any time. We would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone considering accommodation in Venice - much better than hotel living, particularly if you are staying more than a few days. Modern Decor, Old World Charm in a Well located Studio. Beautiful and classy, but three flights up, a very large and open studio apartment just a couple blocks off the grand canal, easy walking distance to St. Mark's and great restaurants everywhere, esp. San Zaccaria. We didn't cook, but everything was there if we'd wanted to. And it was convenient having a fridge for fruit, drinks, etc. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom a bit small but adequate. Could have used thicker towels and nicer sheets, but all was spotlessly clean. Warning: this is not a hotel, so there aren't any bathroom amenities like soap, lotions, etc. T.V. was older model, but hey, it's Venice; why would you stay in to watch TV? And there was free wi-fi! And the price was very reasonable for a lovely place like this, with that much space in a perfect location. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
