Worthy of attention are the finely stuccoed walls, the valued parquet flooring and the antique wooden beamed ceilings. In the apartment you can rely on a good air conditioning system, Wi-Fi internet connection, washing machine, kettle, two electric stoves, basic kitchen tools, airdrayer and other basic amenities.

The apartment's strategic location allows you to reach San Marco Square, the Accademia Bridge and the Zattere Waterfront by only a few minutes walk. Being on the top floor of the building you can enjoy a beautiful view over Saint Stefan's church. Intimacy and comfort ensured. 

Please mind that the Casanova apartment is located at the third floor and the stairway is pretty steep, therefore not particularly suitable for elderly guests. An iron is delivered only upon request at 20 euros, within 24 hours. For safety reasons the owner has decided not to leave an iron in his apartment.
